Both guys screwed her over in their own way during that episode, albeit Chuck in worse ways, but that had no impact on her decision. She forgave them both and told them both she’s not mad. That was the point. She wants Dan because she wants Dan… nothing either of them did was going to change that.
It actually eliminated the possibility that Blair wants Dan solely for his good side....
